These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OrberAI, an AI-powered assistant for the Solana blockchain developed by Galaxyhub Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using OrberAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OrberAI is provided as-is for informational and experimental purposes. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice. Use at your own risk. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for any decisions based on the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using OrberAI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
2. Description of the Service
OrberAI is an AI assistant that allows users to interact with Solana web3 protocols and web2 services through natural language prompts. Features include:
Web3 functions: Swaps, staking, yield farming, token tracking, domain purchases (.sol), and security evaluations.
Web2 integrations: Gift cards, e-SIMs, travel bookings, paid with SOL.
Prompt-based interface: Users connect a Solana wallet, enter prompts, and confirm transactions.
The Service is in beta and may evolve. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
3. User Accounts and Wallet Connection
To use OrberAI, connect a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom). You are responsible for your wallet's security and private keys.
No traditional account creation is required; your wallet address serves as identification.
You must comply with wallet provider terms and Solana network rules.
We do not store private keys or wallet data; all transactions occur on-chain.
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
Permitted Use: You may use OrberAI for personal, non-commercial purposes related to Solana interactions. Commercial use requires prior written approval.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or harm (e.g., phishing, scams).
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify OrberAI.
Overload or disrupt the Service (e.g., spam prompts).
Violate intellectual property rights or third-party terms (e.g., Solana protocols, partners like Bitrefill).
Misrepresent OrberAI outputs as financial advice.
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
5. Fees and Payments
OrberAI charges a 0.5% platform fee on confirmed transactions, deducted automatically from SOL.
Providers (e.g., protocols or partners) pay 1-5% fees for integrations; these do not affect users.
All payments use SOL; you are responsible for Solana network gas fees.
No refunds for completed transactions. Fees may change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
OrberAI, including its AI models, code, designs, and documentation, is owned by Galaxyhub Labs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for permitted purposes.
User-generated prompts and outputs remain your property, but you grant us a license to use them for improving the Service (anonymized).
Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect minimal data: wallet addresses (for transactions), prompt history (anonymized for AI training), and usage metrics.
Data is used to improve OrberAI, comply with laws, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Transactions are on-chain and public on Solana; OrberAI does not store sensitive info.

By using OrberAI, you consent to data processing as described.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
As-Is Basis: OrberAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. AI outputs may have errors; verify independently.
Risks: Blockchain is volatile; you assume all risks of loss (e.g., failed tx, market fluctuations). Security scans are not foolproof – use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: Galaxyhub Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss). Liability is limited to $100 or fees paid in last 6 months.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, violations, or misuse of OrberAI.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations or operational reasons. Upon termination, cease all use.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Delaware, USA]. Disputes resolved through arbitration in [Location], or courts if necessary.
11. Miscellaneous
